Research Assistant, Part time 0.4FTE, Specified purpose, School of Business, Maynooth University

Maynooth University is committed to world-class research and collaboration. Situated within the School of Business is a NORF-funded project ROCHE (Review of Open Research in Health Ecosystems). ROCHE brings together a team of researchers from Maynooth University, University College Dublin and Anglim Consulting. The project is working to explore and develop policies, practices, challenges, and opportunities for open research in commercialisable research, particularly in Connected Health.

We are seeking an excellent self-started and highly motivated candidate to join our research project. The role will provide research and technical support to explore how public-private research partnerships impact on open research mandates when intellectual property rights are at stake. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting Co-PIs and the research team in finding solutions to the research questions posed.

Salary:

Research Assistant Level 1 (2025):                     €33,292 p.a. pro-rata (1 point)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
