Research Assistant Office of the Deputy President and Registrar

Applications are invited for the role of Research Assistant in the Office of the Deputy President and Registrar. This role involves provision of support to the Inclusive Assessment project, a work package of the ID+ Futures project https://www.ucc.ie/en/idplus/ funded under Path 4: Phase 2 and led by the Dean of UG and PG Studies in the Office of the Deputy President and Registrar. The project goals involve the enhancement of inclusive assessment in undergraduate programmes across the institution with a focus on the first-year experience. The work is progressed by a team of Inclusion Facilitators appointed in the Colleges, working with the College Vice-Heads for Teaching and Learning in COMH, SEFS, CACSSS and COBL. The post-holder supports the team of Inclusion Facilitators who are tasked with collaboration and co-creation with UCC staff and students on assessment diversification, the development of institutional templates and policies for assessment weightings, rubrics and protocols, and the dissemination of project-related research.
