CEPHR Research Administrator UCD School of Med Temp 12 months

Applications are invited for a temporary post of a CEPHR Research Administrator within UCD School of Medicine. 

The Centre for Experimental Pathogen Host Research (CEPHR), established in 2019 at the UCD School of Medicine under the directorship of Prof Patrick Mallon, is one of the few academic research centres in Europe, and the only centre of its kind in Ireland, that integrates host and pathogen research in a single centre. 

CEPHR is currently seeking a full-time Research Administration Officer to join CEPHR's Project Management Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in CEPHR as part of the Operations Team and will be responsible for the successful functioning of both administrative and events related activities of the Centre. Particular to this position: A high degree of flexibility is necessary for this role. Given the nature of our research activity, schedules and requirements can change frequently. It may require occasional overtime to meet proposal deadlines. By joining our team in this pivotal role, you will be a key part of our mission to conduct crucial clinical research ensuring that our work proceeds smoothly and efficiently. 

Fixed Salary: €40,000 Per Annum
