Applications are invited for the position of Student Support Advisor, Disability to support the ongoing dynamic development of Disability Support (DS).  The successful candidate, Student Support Advisor, will provide oversight on the registration and engagement process for all students wishing to register with Disability Support.   

The Student Support Advisor will be expected to work closely with the Senior Disability Advisor and DS Operations Manager, ensuring engagement and registration with Disability Support occurs in a quick and efficient manner.  This will involve oversight and implementation of a desk-based registration process, implementing and overseeing a self-screen model and triaging engagement with Disability Support.  The Student Support Advisor may be expected to carry a student caseload and provide needs assessments in semester 2, depending on the demands of the service.

Please note that Garda vetting and/or an international police clearance check may form part of the selection process.

Appointment may be made on the Admin V Salary Scale: €50,799- €62,303 (Scale B) / €48,584 - €59,300 (Scale A)

Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
