JOB SYNOPSIS
This role provides a great opportunity to contribute to UL's ambitious future through the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development solutions. The role involves the creation and implementation of creative and innovative talent development solutions in line with strategic priorities and individual development needs. The requirements of the IUA Research Careers and Development Framework are particularly to the fore for this role. The role involves fostering engagement and communication with all key stakeholders internally and externally.
