The specific purpose of this post is to provide cover on a temporary basis pending the return of the original post holder from career break. Employment is not offered on an indefinite duration basis as the original postholder is expected to return. If the postholder does not return to work the post will be filled through open competition.
The Purpose of the Role
The Executive Education Operations Manager is responsible for the delivery of operational excellence for Trinity Business School’s Executive Education unit.
The post-holder will contribute to the growth and development of the Executive Education unit, ensuring operational systems and processes run effectively and that programmes generate a return on investment whilst providing a level of service that meets clients' needs. The post-holder will also be responsible for the financial processes of the unit, including budget management, account set-up, procurement processes, PO generation and invoicing, ensuring the Executive Education Unit meets its annual financial targets and achieves the strategic ambition of the School.

The TBS Executive Education team provides cutting edge open programmes and bespoke customised executive development programmes to individual professional learners as well as leading Irish and international organisations from across business, government and the non-for-profit sectors. Programmes are delivered by faculty and leading industry experts. As part of the 2020-2025 strategic plan, Trinity Executive Education will see a significant increase of its open and custom portfolio.
The Executive Education Operations Manager will be instrumental in supporting the growth of the Executive Education business in Ireland, the UK, Europe and North America, balancing operations and strategy for the Executive Education portfolio. The postholder will be part of the Programme Management Team and will report to the Director of Executive Education. A flexible approach to working hours will be required as at certain times the demands of the post will exceed normal office working hours.

Qualifications
• Hold a third level qualification at degree level (essential)
• Project management certification and/or experience (essential)
