JOB SYNOPSIS

This role is part of an ambitious research programme developing innovative solutions to gaming, gamers and esports. We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher in Software Engineering and Data Analysis, with expertise in research-oriented software development, multimodal data processing, user-centred system design. The successful candidate will apply technical expertise to develop experimental prototypes and test suites to support gaming and esports research, implement data collection/data pipeline frameworks and analyse complex datasets to generate actionable insights, and contribute to high-impact scholarly publications.

Contract Type: Fixed Term (End date 31/10/29) 

Salary Scale: €46,305 - €52,863 p.a. pro rata (maximum starting salary €46,305 p.a. pro rata)
