People Administrator – Central Services

The People & Culture Department in UCC is at an exciting stage in its journey, and we are inviting applications for a People Administrator to join our Central Services team.

About the role:

Reporting to the HR Co-ordinator, Central Services, your role may include some of the following responsibilities.

  • Administering posts throughout the recruitment process.
  • Providing administrative support across recruitment, contract administration, leave administration, and Garda vetting.
  • Supporting the implementation of People & Culture policies, practices and initiatives.
  • Working flexibly to help maintain a consistently high-quality service across the department.

About you:

We are looking for individuals who are motivated to start or grow their career in People & Culture. You will bring:

  • Strong administrative experience and excellent organisational skills.
  • High proficiency in a range of computer applications.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Appointment may be made on the Salary Scale: €32,048 - €44,325 (Scale B) / €28,966 - €42,434 (Scale A). 

Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
