Position Summary
Applications are invited for the role of Research Assistant within the School of Applied Psychology.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work on a multidisciplinary project between the UCC Sustainability Academy, Applied Psychology, Cork University Business School, and Cork City called CAPACITIES funded by EIT Climate-KIC as part of the EU Mission Cities pilot programme. The aim of the project is to build capacity in and apply behavioural science to climate action in initiatives by Cork City Council and to build a micro credential on this topic.
The Research Assistant will work in an interdisciplinary team including psychology, economics, behavioural science, environmental education and Cork City. The role of the Research Assistant would be particularly devoted to support the creation and delivery of a micro credential that will provide meaningful translation of theory into practice for the application of behavioural science insights for climate action.

Post Duration: 12 Months, Part-Time Post
Salary: €32,962 - €42,943 per annum, IUA Scale, pro rata 0.5 FTE
