Research Assistant Technical (Bioprocess Specialist) - SUSFERM The Centre for Sustainable Fermentation and Bioprocessing Systems for Food and Bioeconomy

36 Months, Specific Purpose Whole-Time Post 

 

Position Summary

The SUSFERM Fermentation Science Centre is seeking a proactive and skilled Research Assistant Technical (Bioprocess Specialist) to provide technical, operational, and administrative support to ongoing research and training activities. The Research Assistant Technical (Bioprocess Specialist) will operate and maintain advanced fermentation and analytical equipment, support in the delivery of training initiatives, and assist in the effective operations of the Centre’s research activities. They will perform hands-on operations and provide technical expertise to run microbial fermentation experiments from lab to pilot scale using state of art research infrastructure including downstream processing.
