Service Enhancement Officer, Student Records & Examinations Officer

Specific Purpose Whole Time Post (anticipated duration 12 months)
UCC wishes to appoint an experienced Administrator within the Student Records and Examinations Office. Reporting to a member of the Student Records and Examinations Office management team, the Administrative Assistant will work with the current Student Records and Examinations Office team to manage the activities of the office across the student lifecycle from registration through to graduation. The post holder will work extensively with Student Record Systems to enable registration, examination and conferring processes while also ensuring the integrity of the academic transcript. In particular, this role will work closely with Disability Support Services to provide a designated point of contact for all Disability Support registered student queries across the registration and examination functions
The successful candidate will have strong IT skills and experience in working with large databases/record systems including record management. They will have proven administrative experience, experience in liaison with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate an ability to work in a multi-faceted and dynamic working environment in adherence to strict deadlines.

Appointment may be made on the Admin V Salary Scale: €51,307 - €62,926 (Scale B) / €49,070 - €59,893 (Scale A).
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
