Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Executive Assistant within UCD School of Physics. Applications are invited for the post of Executive Assistant in the UCD School of Physics. The purpose of this role is to provide excellent administrative support to the Head of School and School Manager (or nominee) but also to staff and students. The post-holder will work on specific administrative projects to facilitate the smooth operation of the School Office on a day-to-day basis. 95 Executive Assistant\2010 Salary Scale: €32,531 - €48,930 per annum Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
