Applications are invited for the temporary and half-time role of Laboratory Attendant in Charles Institute of Dermatology at University College Dublin (UCD). The Laboratory Attendant will support Charles Institute with research and training activities. The position involves working with the Institute's Technical Officer to maintain the wet laboratories and associated areas and to ensure adequate lab support is in place for Charles' research projects. Activities include but are not limited to updating databases, monitoring consumable usage, maintaining and cleaning equipment and common wet laboratory areas, disposing of waste, preparation of buffers / solutions and compliance monitoring.95 Laboratory Attendant/Storeman\2013 (7910) Salary Scale: €35,196 - €40,173 Per Annum Pro Rata @ 0.5FTEAppointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelinesClosing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 07/11/2025Applications must be submitted by the closing date and time specified.
