The UCD School of Music seeks to appoint a Lecturer / Assistant Professor in Historical Musicology. We are looking for a dynamic scholar with teaching and research expertise in music of the long eighteenth and/or nineteenth centuries. We are open to all specialisms within this broad remit, including all historical foci, geographical areas, and methodological and historiographical approaches (including interdisciplinary approaches). We encourage applications from scholars who may have additional areas of expertise. Salary: 95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above The Bar (7943) €64,112 - €101,524 per annum.Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on the 10th of July 2025.Applications must be submitted by the closing date and time specified.
