Research Assistant, UCD School of Medicine, Temporary 6 months

Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Research Assistant within UCD School of Medicine. This project focuses on advancing the development and clinical translation of injectable hydrogel kits through optimisation of formulation, manufacturing workflows, and quality control. The successful candidate will work across academic and industry settings, contributing both to research activities and to day-to-day lab operations, including instrument maintenance, inventory, and safety compliance. The role provides opportunities to develop advanced experimental, analytical, and project management skills while supporting collaboration between UCD and Bláfar Ltd Salary Range: €33,291 - €43,372 Per AnnumAppointment on the above range will be dependent on qualifications and experience Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 16/09/2025.Applications must be submitted by the closing date and time specified.
