Applications are invited for a temporary post of a UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 or Level 2- Electromechanical Device Development. within Mechanical and Materials Engineering Applications are invited for a Post-doctoral Research Fellow role in the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated researcher to lead the development of an innovative flexible piezoelectric sensing device for characterising the mechanical behaviour of skin in vivo. The successful candidate will lead the design, fabrication, and characterisation of the device, enabling the identification of variations in skin stiffness, in vivo strain, and tissue anisotropy. PD1 and PD2 Salary €46,305 - €59,063Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
