Applications are invited for a Specified Purpose (Estimated duration 20 months) - Part -Time, 0.95 FTE (37 hours per week) post of a Research Fellow UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science. The project is part of a larger Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine (DAFM) funded project in collaboration with Teagasc and TU Dublin. The project aims to identify, analyse and review relevant GHG, N and P reduction practices in scientific literature, strategic documents, policies and reports. As part of the project, the candidate will also participate in focus groups with conventional and innovative farmers who implemented measures to combat the effects of climate change on their farms. Reduction practices will be discussed during these focus groups and further analysed. Fixed Salary: €65,889 per annum (€62,594 per annum pro rata @ 0.95fte) Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 30th September 2025 Applications must be submitted by the closing date and time specified.
