JOB SYNOPSIS

The Enterprise Systems Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining, optimising and supporting the institutions enterprise systems. These systems span multiple academic and administrative departments and are critical to the operation of the institution. The role is focused on aligning systems with business objectives and ensuring seamless operation. Key responsibilities of the role include system maintenance and troubleshooting, user support, process optimisation, configuration and upgrades, and data management. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive on solving complex challenges, improving system functionality, and ensuring systems meet the needs of the institution.
