Executive Administrator - ITD

Title of Post: Executive Administrator - ITD

 

JOB SYNOPSIS

The Executive Administrator will play a key role in supporting the operations of the Director’s Office and managing two service areas within the division — University Reception Services and Print Room. This role includes financial administration, budgeting, and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in administrative support, experienced in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments, skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, and consistently demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Salary Scale: €46,210 - €66,354 p.a.
