Executive Administrator - Library and Information Services

Title of Post: Executive Administrator - Library and Information Services
JOB SYNOPSIS:
The Executive Administrator will be a member of the Library Executive team, will report to the Deputy Librarian and will work closely with the Library Director, Heads of Departments, and colleagues within the library. The post holder will provide high quality administrative support to the Library & Information Services Division, ensuring that administrative processes and resources are managed effectively and delivered to the highest quality standards. The role holder will manage administrative functions including HR, finance, compliance and governance.

Salary Scale: €45,752 - €65,697 p.a.
