JOB SYNOPSIS
The Library AV & Media Support Officer is a key member of the Glucksman Library team, responsible for delivering, maintaining, and enhancing AV and digital media services across library-managed spaces. The library serves the entire UL community — students, faculty, staff, and researchers, and provides over 2,200 study spaces alongside a range of specialist, technology-enhanced environments. These include The Edge, a suite of creative learning spaces that support active learning, inclusive pedagogy, digitally enabled research, and digital skills development. Aligned with UL’s Learning, Teaching & Assessment Strategy, these spaces are designed to transform the student learning experience and empower faculty in delivering innovative, technology-supported teaching.
