JOB SYNOPSIS
UL's Academic Model includes the design of our programmes, credit framework (ECTS), grading, progression, repeats, awards, and exam administration, as well as the supporting policies, business processes, academic calendar, structures and procedures for scheduling, course setup, student registration, and Higher Education Authority (HEA) returns. Programme Management Leads forms a key part of the programme team on the university wide Academic Transformation of the Operating Model (ATOM) programme. They will play a significant part in the design and planning and modification of operational processes and system functionality within ATOM Programme. This role will translate programme objectives into practical, scalable changes that will be implemented to the Student Records system and Academic Registry processes ensuring minimal disruption and measurable improvement in service delivery to students, staff, and faculties.

Salary Scale: €69,852 - €112,244 p.a. pro rata
