JOB SYNOPSIS
The Department of Politics and Public Administration is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant in Politics and International Relations for a ten-month period. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the teaching of a postgraduate module on contemporary empirical research in International Relations (International Co-operation and Conflict), as well as to other undergraduate modules in Politics and International Relations. We are especially interested in candidates able to contribute to the teaching of (qualitative or quantitative) research methods at undergraduate level.

Salary Scale: €38,390 p.a. pro rata

"A Teaching Assistant post in the University of Limerick operates as a training contract. The duration of the contract is limited to 10 months. However, it may be renewed for one further period only not exceeding 10 months. Applications will only be considered from individuals who have not already received two Teaching Assistant contracts”
